Who I Am

I am a high energy, blind optimist, smitten husband to my book-nerd, math-loving, super supportive wife. I am a father of the happiest two year old girl you’ll ever meet. We are spreading our roots in a small suburb just outside Philadelphia. We love our 100 year old home and all its quirks, hosting a good party, the beach, reading, and eating at Olive Garden way too often.

I have a love for the color combination blue & yellow, running, bicycling, vegetarian foods, a good pair of jeans, and ALL things Harry Potter (we planned our honeymoon around Harry Potter world at Universal Studios). My brain runs at 1,000 miles an hour. I have a new-found enjoyment for writing. And when I’ve got a few moment you’ll find me swinging in my hammock in our backyard.

My professional career started out of high school when I got a job as an intern for a photo studio in my hometown. While attending Kutztown University for my Bachelors of Fine Arts, I worked nearly full time in the photo studio. Not long after graduating, I opened Daniel Moyer Photography and haven’t looked back! Since then, I’ve photographed in 5 countries and a dozen states from Massachusetts to Colorado and Georgia to Rhode Island. I’ve worked with the Helmsley Charitable Trust, STV Inc., the SkillsUSA Council, First Presbyterian Church of Ambler, and Camp Eagle Hill.
